Uploaded by fervieira on May 31, 2011
"(Love Is Like A) Ramblin' Rose" by Ted Taylor, from the single (Love Is Like A) Ramblin' Rose (1965).
Lyrics:
Love is like a Ramblin' Rose
The more you feed it
The more it grows,
Ramblin' Rose, Ramblin' Rose,
Come on home
Ramblin' Rose
Ramblin' around,
Ramblin' Rose
I´m gonna put you down
Ramblin' Rose, Ramblin' Rose
Come on home
Ramblin' Rose,
Is such a ball
Diamond rings
And a Cadillac car,
Ramblin' Rose, Ramblin' Rose
Come on home
Ramblin´ Rose,
I need a Ramblin´ Rose
Ramblin´ Rose
Lyrics:
Love is like a Ramblin' Rose
The more you feed it

Ramblin' Rose, Ramblin' Rose,
Come on home
Ramblin' Rose
Ramblin' around,
Ramblin' Rose
I´m gonna put you down
Ramblin' Rose, Ramblin' Rose
Come on home

Brothers and sisters,
I wanna see a sea of hands out there.
Let me see a sea of hands.
I want everybody to kick up some noise.
I wanna hear some revolution out there, brothers.
I wanna hear a little revolution.
Brothers and sisters, the time has come
for each and every one of you to decide
whether you are gonna be the problem,
or whether you are gonna be the solution.
You must choose, brothers, you must choose.
It takes 5 seconds, 5 seconds of decision.
Five seconds to realize your purpose here on the planet.
It takes 5 seconds to realize that it's time to move.
It's time to get down with it.
Brothers, it's time to testify and I want to know,
Are you ready to testify?
Are you ready?
I give you a testimonial, the MC5!

Take A Walk
Some of the great lyrics from this song were quoted recently over on the Stay Sick Yahoo group...
Seems someone had an old cassette mixtape & wondered what was the song's title & artist?
The mystery was solved & you will have to agree that this is a good one...
From the 1967 album: The Unbelievable Guitar and Voice of Jerry Reed
Jerry Reed is subjected to his past by George Jones...
